I have worked as a project manager, change manager and consultant for over 30 years, operating as an internal and external resource. I have supported major initiatives in multiple industries including aerospace, IT services, call centers, oil field services, financial & insurance, staffing (permanent & contingent), food distribution, telecom, healthcare, transportation (trucking) and others.
Over the past 15 years I have become a staffing industry innovator and avid thought leader. Combining extensive experience in business and the staffing industry, I consult in all industries to evaluate current programs (for both employee and contingent labor) and define how to better support business objectives. I also work with staffing companies to build strategies and teams to deliver complex staffing services, recruitment outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Services Programs (MSP), for over 15 years.
